DFI's 38th Annual Conference on Deep Foundations is the event for industry members from across the globe to gather and share experiences, exchange ideas and learn the current state-of-the-practice from various disciplines such as engineers, contractors, suppliers, manufacturers and academicians. In recognition of the fact that an increasing number of professional engineering licensing bodies require members to pursue professional development on a formal basis, DFI provides a general Certificate of Participation for all programs. Currently this certificate is accepted by most state professional engineering licensing bodies as documentation of your pursuit of continuing education requirements. There are however some states that may not accept the general DFI Certificate. It is the responsibility of the individual to determine if hours provided by DFI events are accepted by their licensing body.

New York: Approved New York State Professional Development Hours are sought for all DFI events and are pending approval of their Review Board. Those individuals requiring NYS approved hours must follow the guidelines and procedures requested by the event administrators in order to qualify. The procedure typically includes the need to sign in and out on-site at the registration table in order to provide proof of your full attendance of the event. This procedure is subject to change based on NYS requirements.

Florida: DFI is an approved provider in the state of Florida. DFI's approval # is 4072 - valid from June 2011 through May 2013. Please make note for your records. Florida State registered professional engineers (P.E.’s) who wish to submit attendance of a DFI event as part of their Florida State license renewal MUST include their Florida State P.E. license number on their pre-registration form. Each event is treated separately so registering for one event with your license number does not register you for any subsequent events for Florida State licensing renewal. If you neglected to include this information for any DFI event registration, please contact the DFI headquarters office at staff@dfi.org or 973-423-4030 prior to the event you are attending.

• 8'deep x 10’wide space includes a 6'x2’ table, 2 chairs, wastebasket and 1 person’s full conference attendance. 10’deep x 16’wide space includes two 6’x2’ tables, 4 chairs, 2 wastebaskets and 2 people’s full conference attendance.
• All persons tending exhibits for all or a portion of the conference, must be registered as full conference attendees.
• Upon acceptance of exhibitor payment and registration, the exhibitor may be asked to sign and return an exhibitor agreement and hold harmless disclaimer furnished by DFI.
• Shipping of materials to and from the facility are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Exhibitors should make shipping arrangements for both inbound and outbound exhibit materials with the Official Exhibition Services Contractor, GES Phone: 800-425-2098 | www.ges.com.
• DFI will do its best to assure that organizations in direct competition will not be adjacent. Please Submit in writing, with your Registration, what organizations you prefer not to neighbor. DFI reserves the right to re-assign exhibit space.
• Sorry, No Refunds after Wednesday, September 04, 2013. Cancellations must be made in writing via fax or mail.
• Exhibitors set-up Wednesday, September 25, 2013, 2:00-8:00PM or Thursday, September 26, 2013, 8:00AM-Noon .
• Exhibitors tear down Saturday, September 28, 2013, After 11AM.

All persons tending exhibits must be fully registered. Electricity is not included but must be ordered separately directly from Freeman if needed. Exhibit hall is carpeted. Early Breakdowns will be charged an additional fee!
